📋 About Seventh Pay Commission
The Seventh Pay Commission framework was implemented with effect from 01.01.2016 through the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017. Cash benefits were paid from 01.10.2017. It introduced a Pay Matrix system with 24 Levels (L-1 to L-24), replacing the Running Pay Band + Grade Pay system used in the Sixth Pay Commission.
